Any amendments will apply to any orders made after the amendment is posted.
All orders for Products are subject to acceptance by us. Payment for the Products must be made at the time of ordering, and can be made through our website or other payment methods we may accept. The price of the Products is as stated on our website at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to change the price of the Products at any time without prior notice.
We will deliver the Products to the address specified by you in your order. We will use our best efforts to deliver the Products within the estimated delivery timeframes stated on our website, but we do not guarantee delivery within these timeframes. If we are unable to deliver the Products within a reasonable period, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
We warrant that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. If the Products are found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the Products, or refund the purchase price. This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow instructions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the sale of the Products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
